The wine: As a starting point the harvest is restricted and selective so that only the pick of the grapes is subjected to careful processing. The outcome is a wine with a developed structure of refined tannins with which to reveal the full splendour of the pinot noir vine with its characteristic aroma of black cherries. And as a finishing touch the balance of this classic wine is assured thanks to perfectly mature berries.
